REFUND POLICY

 • You are entitled to request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed any course materials, including logging in, downloading, or streaming content.

 • Once you start the course (by accessing the platform, viewing, or downloading materials), you waive your right to a refund, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.

 • If your purchase includes a subscription, it renews automatically unless canceled at least 48 hours before the renewal date. No refunds are issued for unused subscription periods.

 • All payments and refunds are processed securely through our online payment system.
